You can of course contact us at any time if you have a question or comment. If you have any questions about your order or our products, we are available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The best thing to do is to write us an email (info@blnprint.com). Otherwise you can also use our contact form.

Of course we also have social media, where you can also contact us. Just send us a message on Instagram , TikTok , Pinterest or LinkendIn . If you don't want to miss our latest updates, we would be very happy if you would follow us.

Order & delivery

Fortunately, it's very easy! You can order our BLN PRINT products via our online shop. Since we produce our posters "on demand", all products are always ready for delivery within a maximum of 2 days. You can also order our products on Amazon or Etsy.

We deliver not only in German-speaking countries, but also throughout the world. Depending on the region, additional shipping costs and longer delivery times may apply. Please make sure that you select the correct country when you add your product to the shopping cart. It is also best to double-check your address to avoid delivery problems in any case.

We ship free of charge in Europe (except Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland) and the US. We charge shipping costs for the following countries:

- Canada: 2.00 EUR

- EFTA Zone (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway & Iceland): 3.00 EUR

- Australia, China, India & New Zealand: 3.00 EUR

- Brazil & Japan: 2.00 EUR

- Singapore: 2.50 EUR

- Rest of the world : 6.00 EUR

The shipping price remains at 6.00 EUR for 90% of the countries that belong to the rest of the world. However, there are some countries (Pacific region, Middle East) where delivery costs could be higher.

If necessary, the prices can be changed to another currency using the button below on the left. When you pay in a different currency, the final price will be automatically updated in the check-out.

Our posters are made by the nearest local print shop in your area. We work with Gelato and can deliver within 2-5 working days. You will receive your order number by e-mail so that you can contact us directly if you have problems with the delivery. You can find more information about our delivery times on this page .

Payment

The following payment options are accepted in our shop:

You will be redirected to the PayPal website if you want to pay via PayPal. The payment process takes just a few steps, if you already have an account. If you don't have an account, register and connect your bank account to PayPal. Payment via PayPal is processed quickly and we will take your order immediately.

Paying with your credit card is easy and very secure thanks to encrypted SSL technology. All of your data is kept in a secure environment and no personal information is stored. Your payment will be processed immediately as soon as the payment process is completed.

With Sofort Banking, our customers can easily pay online through their own German bank. Once you have selected your bank, you will be redirected to the secure and familiar environment of your own bank. The Sofort Banking payment is processed directly so that we can accept your order immediately.

You can also pay via Google Pay and complete your order in just a few steps. As with PayPal, you will be redirected to Google Pay, where you can complete the payment process.

Return

You don't like your poster or it is damaged? Of course, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The only costs that we charge are the administration and processing costs (= 6.00 EUR). As soon as we have received the product undamaged, we will refund the remaining costs to your account within one week.

Please send us an email with your order number and product name to: info@blnprint.com. Otherwise, please fill out the form that you can find on this page. Describe your problem and the reason for your return. Please send us the product undamaged & in the original packaging, if possible within 1 week after making your order.

After we have received the package and the product undamaged, we will refund the remaining costs to your account. Our goal is to organize the refund process within a week. Important: Unfortunately, we will not reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

Data protection & privacy

In order to be able to order our products, we need your name, your e-mail address, your delivery address and your payment information. This is the only way we can complete your order and keep you informed about the order.

BLN PRINT only stores the generated data internally and does not sell any information to third parties. We only pass personal data to third parties who are involved in the execution and optimization of your order. Our employees and third parties will treat your data confidentially and with respect.

Cookies can be used on our website. However, the data remains completely anonymous. The data is not linked to personal information or the identity of the visitor. For more information please visit this page.
